Chris is a seasoned athlete, coach and trainer in all areas of sports from football, to basketball and Track & Field. Chris brings 15+ years of experience as a Speed and Sports Development trainer and over 12 years of Personal Training to work with male and female youth in high school and college. Specialty Training Areas include: Coordination, form, Functional Development, Kinetic Flexibility, Reaction, Resistance & Over-speed Training and physioball training. His compassion for people and positive energy is contagious and genuine. But don't get it messed up...no whining or complaining allowed!!
