Pocono Dome COMING FALL of 2012
The mission of Pocono Dome is to provide Monroe, Northampton and Lehigh County residents with a state-of-the-art indoor field sport and wellness facility that will raise the competitive advantage of local sports players. Also to provide wellness coaching, exercise programs and boot camp to address childhood and adult exercise.; As an additional benefit, families will be able to reunite and;recapture time lost for personal gratification through the various diverse amenities provided.; This facility will host leagues and teams of all ages, from preschool to seniors.
Pocono Dome is slated to become a multi-sports and total wellness complex created in and around the former Collectors' Cove complex in Sciota. Buildings total 33,000 +/- square feet and the dome will be 56,000 +/- square feet, for a total of 89,000 square feet under roof (over 2 acres).;; The 38 acre site has 1/2 mile frontage on 4-lane PA Rt. 33.; Our "territory neutral" location allows teams from all areas to use the facility without encroachment into other teams' home turf.
Steel Ice Center 2007-Current
Currently, under the experienced and professional leadership of Clyde Smoll, COO of The Neiman Sports Group, the company is managing the revitalization of the Steel Ice Center in Bethlehem , Pa. Contracted in October 2007, The Neiman Sports Group has played a noteworthy role in establishing the Steel Ice Center into a premier family-oriented facility and a highly respected operation in the Eastern Pennsylvania sports marketplace. This sport/facility management division has made a significant footprint in the sport business world and has lead to numerous inquiries of our services that we are able to provide to an ownership group and its customer base.
The Quakertown Blazers; 2008-2009
The summer of 2009 saw The Neiman Sports Group successfully manage and operate the Quakertown Blazers, a franchise in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League. The Blazers are a 501C3 non-profit corporation founded under the umbrella of Quakertown Amateur Baseball Inc.
The Blazers roster consisted of college eligible players from a broad variety of universities and geographic locations. All facets of the ball club were managed in a manner that paralleled a minor league operation. From corporate partners, to game day and ticket management, to advertising - both grass roots and traditional, to the outstanding host families, the structure offered by the management team provided an outstanding experience for all involved.
